Welcome to On Point Scents. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of onpointscents.com and your purchase of our products. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products & orders

• All candles are hand-poured in small batches in LaBelle, Florida. Slight variations in color, texture, and appearance are normal and part of their handmade charm.
• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Pointer Pack subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month on your billing date until canceled.
• You may skip a month or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us; changes take effect for billing cycles that have not yet been processed.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is free on orders over $99 and on all Pointer Pack subscriptions; other orders ship at the flat rate shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Returns & refunds

Our full policy is in our Refund Policy. In short: unused, unburned candles may be returned within 30 days of delivery, and items damaged in transit are replaced free of charge.

Candle safety

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn within sight, away from drafts, children, pets, and anything flammable. Trim the wick to 1/4" before each use, burn on a heat-safe surface, and stop use when 1/2" of wax remains. You assume all responsibility for the safe use of our products.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including our name, logo, product names, photos, and text — belongs to On Point Scents and may not be used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, On Point Scents is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
